Ads Directory makes every effort to review as many submissions as possible per day, but we cannot always complete tasks in one day. Your submission may take up to 24-72 hours to be approved by our staff. Not all submissions are accepted.

To insure acceptance, please provide an accurate and grammatically correct title and description for your link. The title and description should reflect the content that a user would find on your site. Your site should not display popups, or attempt to install any software on the user's computer. Your site should be complete with all links working, and with a generous amount of content. Content is very important these days for the search engines. If your site is new, please consider making sure it is both complete and worthwhile to a potential user before submitting to the directory. Sites containing content that is not legal in all parts of the World, or is not legally viewed by children may not be accepted. Thank you for doing your part when submitting your quality site that users of Ads Directory will find of use and helpful, as this will in turn  help provide quality traffic to your site, and our directory as well.

Policies and Agreements 

• All visitors to this site must agree to and be bound by this Terms of Service.
• All visitors who submit a website for consideration warrant that their website complies with Ads Directory's Linking Policy and agree to Ads Directory's Listing Agreement.
• Ads Directory's Privacy Policy applies to all personal information that is collected off the Ads Directory website.

Terms of Service Agreement

Visitors to Ads Directory agree that:

1. Ads Directory provides this service to visitors for free, and as such all visitors are volunteers.
2. Ads Directory has no control over any content that is served from an external website.
3. The text entries, and URLs, in the directory database have been written by third parties. Ads Directory makes no warranty, guarantee or promise as to their accuracy or reliability.
4. Ads Directory makes no warranty, guarantee, endorsement or promise in relation to any aspect of a third party service, product, company, other entity or other matter.
5. Ads Directory's Privacy Policy applies to all personal information that is collected off the Ads Directory website.

Linking Policy

  Ads Directory will NOT link to any website that contains:

1. Political propaganda,
2. Racist, sexist, sexual orientation, or discriminatory content,
3. Illegal material (including, but not limited to, material that contravenes copyright law - e.g. illegal Mp3s, Warez, Serials etc),
4. Spyware or adware, or
5. Slanderous/defamatory content, content intended to cause physcial damage to person or property.

This is not an exhaustive list. Ads Directory reserves the exclusive right to determine which websites it will link to. However, Ads Directory will only reject or delete a listing where the content of the subject website is deemed, in the opinion of Ads Directory’s editors, to be offensive, not in the global public interest, or generally in bad taste.

  Ads Directory will also not link to sites that:

1. Are under construction,
2. Do not serve the interests of a significant group of people,
3. Have poor/ amateur layout or design,
4. Have broken links,
5. Contain a large number of advertisements, and
6. Use pop-ups, pop-unders or any other obtrusive advertising.

Personal homepages or blogs will only be accepted in rare cases.

If you notice a website is included in this directory but contravenes our linking policy, please inform us via our Contact form.

Listing Agreement

1. Featured listings cost $19.99 USD per year, Regular listings cost $5.99 USD per year and Free listings with reciprocal linking are free. Free linking is also available with a no follow attribute.
2. All websites submitted for consideration are not guaranteed a listing. If submission for a Featured or Regular listing is not accepted, a full refund will be provided.
3. The time periods quoted for listing approval are estimates only.
4. Features listings are given first priority, followed by Regular listings, Free Reciprocal and Free Nofollow.
5. All submissions may be edited by Ads Directory's editor before they are placed in the directory. This includes, but is not limited to, changes to a listing's category, title, description and link URL.
6. Ads Directory makes no guarantee, promise or warranty as to the exact location of a listing once it is published - and a listing's position is subject to change. Due to Ads Directory's SEO, category Meta Data and directory structure every effort will be taken to place links in chosen category. However it may be necessary to move links to a category best suited for Ads Directory's SEO, Meta Data and user search.
7. All listings are subject to being deleted at any time if they fail to comply with Ads Directory's Linking Policy (above). No refunds will be issued in this event.
8. Ads Directory's Linking Policy, and this agreement, may change at any time and without notice. Changes to the linking policy will be published on this web page.
9. Our Privacy Policy applies to all personal information submitted in conjunction with a listing. Buy submitting your website to the Ads Directory Website, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
