Business, Web Site and Coupon Submission Terms Agreement

To keep Ads Directory running smoothly and to assist us in exercising our editorial discretion, we have set up policies for submitting websites and/or businesses for consideration. We may reject, delete, or edit submissions that violate these policies or that we otherwise believe, in our sole discretion, should not be included in the directory. We may also reject, delete, or block other websites that we believe to be associated with a user who has violated these policies. Be sure to read through all terms and policy documents carefully. Many times submissions are rejected because of overlooked steps or the requirements outlined within these policies.

User Accounts and Email Addresses used for Submissions

Users must register ("Create Account") to have access to Submission Forms, Coupon Submission Forms, Rating Submissions, Review Submissions. User Account Holder ("Submission Owner") is hereby advised to provide an email address having the same domain name and TLD as URL to be submitted. (example: - email: my@domain.com URL: domain.com) Submission Owner emails based on the same domain will greatly speed up the review process although does not in any way guarantee Review Submission approval.

Submissions

• All Users to this site agree to be bound by ADSDIRECTORY.NET's Terms of Use.
• All Users who submit a Website, Business and/or Coupon for review consideration to ADSDIRECTORY.NET warrant that User Website, Business and/or Coupon complies with ADSDIRECTORY.NET's submission Policies both within and those listed within this Agreement.
• ADSDIRECTORY.NET's Privacy Policy applies to all personal information that is collected through usage of the ADSDIRECTORY.NET website.
• ADSDIRECTORY.NET's Payment and Return Policy governs and applies to all financial transactions, payments, purchases, subscriptions and/or refunds through usage of the ADSDIRECTORY.NET website, purchases of products and/or services. Past due Subscription payments will have a 15(fifteen) day grace period while Ads Directory staff attempts to contact listing owner. However, Past Due listing will be moved to a "Pending"(off line) status until payment is received and verified. Past due listing subscriptions will be permanently deleted by noon (12:00 PM MST) the 15th(fifteenth) numerical day after payment due date. Once a listing reaches deleted status the chance of future re submission success will be minimal for the same URL or any variation of the same URL.
• Ads Directory reserves our editorial right to edit, reject, accept and/or change category placement of any and all submissions, posts, comments ratings and/or reviews submitted by User to Ads Directory.
• Ads Directory is a North American based Directory and only accepts submissions in the English language. All business, website and coupon submissions that are not physically located with in the North American Continent must request placement to the "Regional" category and subcategories relevant to subject of submission(Business or Website) and geographic location.
• All listings selling a product must be placed in the "Shopping" category or shopping subcategories.

• Ads Directory has a policy against the inclusion of sites with illegal content. Examples of illegal material include child pornography; libel; material that infringes any intellectual property right; and material that specifically advocates, solicits or abets illegal activity (such as fraud or violence) or (including, but not limited to, material that contravenes copyright law - e.g. illegal Mp3s, Warez, Serials etc).
• Personal home pages or blogs will only be accepted in rare cases. Pages and blogs not containing enough informational, relevant content will be rejected.
• Affiliate sites and affiliate businesses - ONLY the originating site or business offering the affiliate program will be considered for inclusion. Sites that are knock off's or duplicated sites will be rejected. It is best for User to Contact Ads Directory prior to submitting an affiliate site.
• Not having policy documents clearly stated on your website such as Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Disclaimers etc. and Return Policy for eCommerce, shopping, paid membership's and any other financial transactions offered in listing submission will result in rejection.
• Improper descriptions and use of titles - the excessive use of CAPITAL LETTERS and/or failure to describe your site by instead adding promotional content to the description will result in a rejection.
• Failure to confirm emails - user submissions must have emails confirmed before listings will be accepted. Your confirmed email address assures Ads Directory you are a human and you are able to receive important information about your submission like acceptance, rejection, confirmed payment notices etc... Accounts not having confirmed email addresses will be deleted.
• Duplicate content - or multiple instances of a site are not accepted in Ads Directory.
• Excessive advertising - ratio of advertising to relevant content is important. Do not submit sites mainly consisting of advertising that makes it hard for users to find the actual relative content.
• Black hat practices within any submission will be rejected.

• Do not submit sites containing Viruses, malware, spyware, known spam sites, etc... Please run virus scans on your site prior to submission. We do scan all site before approval as part of the review process. By you scanning first can save our editors some time.
• Do not submit mirror sites. Mirror sites are sites that contain identical content, but have altogether different URLs.
• Do not submit URL's that contain only the same or similar content as other sites you may have listed in the directory. Sites with overlapping and repetitive content are not helpful to users of the directory. Multiple submissions of the same or related sites may result in the exclusion and/or deletion of those and all affiliated or similar sites.
• Do not disguise your submission and submit the same URL more than once.
  Example: http://www.adsdirectory.net and http://www.adsdirectory.net/index.php
• Do not submit any site with an address that redirects to another address.
• Do not submit sites "under construction". Wait until a site is complete before submission. Sites that are incomplete, contain "Under Construction" notices, or contain broken graphics or links are not good candidates for Ads Directory.
• Do not submit pornographic sites.
• Do not submit non-English.
• Do not submit sites consisting largely of affiliate links or excessive affiliate advertisement. Ads Directory's goal is to provide useful information to our users. Submissions that lack relevant content or a good ratio of content verses advertising will be rejected.
• Do not submit sites with popup's and/or popunder's that are intrusive to the user experience or do not allow the linked listing be viewed prior to popups.
• Do not submit sites containing Political propaganda, Racist, sexist, homophobic or other discriminatory content or Slanderous/defamatory content.

2. Review Submission Types

1. All Review Submission types can be compared for type name, price, term length, standard and premium options on the Compare page.
2. All Review Submission types can be edited once accepted into Ads Directory at which time will be re reviewed on a priority status, (usually within 1-2 business days or less).
3. All Review Submission types marked as:
   1. Unlimited - have no expiration date and will remain in the directory unless otherwise no longer complies with all Ads Directory Terms and Policies. Non expiring review submission types are a one time payment (No Subscription Required).
   2. Year or "Annually" have an expiration date 364 days from submission originating date. Year review submission types subscriptions may be canceled no later than 5 days prior to expiration date.
   3. Month or "Monthly" have an expiration date 30 days from submission originating date. Month review submission types subscriptions may be canceled no later than 5 days prior to expiration date.

Featured Review Submissions

Premium placement provided for all featured submissions

Featured Review Submissions are given priority over all other submission types and are reviewed in 1-2 business days or less.
Featured Unlimited Review Submission types are only listing type permitted to submit to top or main frontpage categories.
Generally, term length, price, benefits, exposure, overall options and features are greater than all other review submission types.
Featured Review Submission term lengths are offered at monthly, annually and unlimited/"virtual lifetime" intervals and prices are set accordingly.
Featured Review Submission by default include all current standard and premium listing options and eligible to new features or options added, at no additional cost, in future updates to the site or listing plan types as long as said listing remains compliant with all Ads Directory Terms and Policies.
Other offerings, specials and/or valuable deals are periodically available to Featured Unlimited Review Submission Packages both as a free or paid exclusive offerings.
Currently only 20 Featured Review Submissions are permitted per Category.

Standard Review Submissions

Standard Unlimited Review Submissions are given priority over all other Standard Submission types and are reviewed within 5 business days or less.
All Standard Review Submissions are bound to only sub category placement.
Currently there is no limit to the number of Standard Review Submissions are permitted per Category.

3. Changes and Updates to this policy

Ads Directory reserves the right to amend, alter or change this "Business, Web Site and Coupon Submission Terms Agreement" at any time. Notice will be posted or emailed to those parties subscribed to newsletters or have voluntarily registered with a valid email to the Ads Directory site. Updated policies will be made available to the public and registered users immediately after updates via links at the footer of site pages.
